When will my order be processed?

Your order will be processed within 1 - 3 business days

What is your returns policy?

Due to hygienic reasons, we do not offer returns or exchanges on beauty, skincare or haircare products. We offer exchanges or store credits on apparel items that have original tags on and exchanged within 14 days of purchase.

Any items discounted at 40% or higher are final sale.

​How do I track my order?

Once your package has shipped, you will be emailed a tracking number to track your lash order via Canada Post

 

Do you offer local pickup?

Yes I do! You're able to pick up your order in our brick & mortar location in Spruce Grove, please select the local pickup option at checkout, we will send you an email once your order is ready.

​Import Duties and Taxes?
